We got to spend 8 hours with Nick on Sunday. I helped set up church and left around 9 am to pick him up. He was anxiously waiting. We arrived back at Sonrise at around 10 am and Nick shined. He was so very happy and I was happy too. There was a point when Pastor Bill welcomed Nick back and I knew Nick silently loved the recognition from the pulpit. He deserved it for the journey he has taken since January. After church the whole day went well. I did not make many ground rules for Nick. We barbecued and had friends over and we finished the day going to see Episode III. After the movie was over we were driving in the car. I had to take Nicholas home and I was visibly and verbally weeping. I could not control myself. It had been such a good day I did not want to take my son back to "his new home" at Brisbane. But, Brisbane offers him structure and control and I would not be reaping these benefits today had it not been for Brisbane. God is definitely answering prayer. Please all, continue to pray.
