Danny Daniels has visited King of Kings. I am sorry now that I have never ever made my way down there to hear him live. This song cut me down to my knees this morning. With my feet throbbing in pain there was never any question that I trust in God. We live with uncertainty in our lives and this song is written addressing many phases of those uncertainties. However what is certain is that God is there for us and with Him we can never lose. Therefore, we should never be afraid.
I weeped today because I looked back at my wifes illness, all the hospital visits, the bedside vigils, high risk pregnancies, Nicholas mental illness and violent outbreaks, my own illness culminating to my throbbing feet while this song was being sang... I cried uncontrollably... Because I have lived so assuredly.....
