I will first cover the debate. After awhile.....all I heard....was blah, blah, blah.blah. First...did anyone notice how fast the candidates ran out...to try and get to the other's side of the stage first. George Bush won. They were jut right of Kerry's podium in Kerry's "territory". John Kerry was obviously not happy about that....so he loomed over ol' George...which looked kind of weird.
Now, I did not realize how many uncontrolled ticks that Bush had. From head bobbing to hands swooping the best thing that could happen to George is if they took the camera and shot the debate fromt he last row of the upper deck on an angle. It might not have looked so undisciplined.
Kerry....ackkk...he should never had smiled the whole debate. I felt like his Mother, "Wipe that grin off of your face!"
It was a horrible grin...and even though he spoke clearer...I thought his words were minced.
Georges speaking patterns lack discipline. Something I would hope he would have mastered by now....
Now...I may have missed something catastrophic last night.....but I believe they broke even.
Glasses.
WE all got new glasses. Two pairs of glasses and contacts for me....almost 6oo bucks. Andrew and Justin wanted glasses so bad.....they got them. Now...they don't wear them., and one pair already fell apart after being only 4 days old.
Andrew was funny at the eye exam. I could see he wanted to make sure he walked out with glasses. So he was very uncooperative in the eye exam.....It was a tad embarassing. But....he got a prescripition, and he was told to wear them all the time. We will see.....
