At the responses of Senator's Lautenberg and Corzine. Unfortunately I felt I was ill represented Yesterday in the Senate.
Do we elect people that represent their constituents? Or do we elect people that represent their party? I would like to believe the above....but too much party line voting disturbs me for some reason.
And...of course you have the 6 candidates that voted across party lines. I could support that...however, I thought it was more for vindictive and selfish reasons, or inside deals, more than anything else.
Oh well...I guess I am watching the political arena more than I did in the past. I am watching issues that will shape my children's future...and I have decided to do whatever is in my means to participate.
